National Grades finals took place at the University of Wolverhampton’s Walsall Sports Centre on 18th and 19th May 2013. Sophia Clark (Grade 7) and Anastasija Minina (Grade 6) made their individual debuts at National Level. Their performance was significantly improved from the Zone Grades and Anastasija Minina ranked in the top 10 positions. Sophie Clarke had 8th position(Ball). Congratulations to our girls and their coach Jana Rudova.
A Celebration of Well-being and Diversity Day at Royal Greenwich.
On Wednesday 15th May A & V Rhythmic Gymnastics team performed a display at Woolwich Town Hall to celebrate Well-being and Diversity Day.
Thais Guness, Sophia Clark and Florence Hodge show cased their competition routines.
Many thanks to the girls and their parents, who managed to bring them to the performance on a weekday.
The event has been organised by GAVS (Greenwich Action for Voluntary Service).
Meeting a Champion
It is great when children can meet a role model and be inspired by a champion. And that is exactly what happened for Florence Hodge and Sophia Clark, seen her posing with Frankie. Frankie Jones is five time British champion, and has represented Britain at the 2012 Olympic Games.

National Grades Finals
We are very pleased to find out that both of our gymnasts Sophia Clark (Grade 7) and Anastasija MininaNastya and Sophia 1 (Grade 6) were qualified to take part in National Grades Finals. The competition will take place at the University of Wolverhampton’s Walsall Sports Centre on 18th and 19th May 2013. Their coach – Jana Rudova deserves congratulations for such excellent result.
